Installation Unzip the release folder and run the EDx52display.exe application. And you can have multiple modifiers, so you can get many different functions on to a single button. You can use pretty much any of your joystick buttons as modifier keys (like the shift on your keyboard). If you're running out of buttons on the HOTAS, don't forget: Took me nearly 5 years, half a dozen joysticks, various other peripherals, to stop messing around with it lol and I'll probably tweak something else at some point. If you're anything like me, you'll probably play for a few hours, think "I'm using that button more than I thought I would, lets put it somewhere easier to reach quickly" and end up rebinding the lot again. Everything else just throw on whatever feels right for you. Get them on your stick/throttle controls so you don't have to use the keyboard in combat. Yeah focus on movement, targeting, offence and defence.
Managed to get zooming around again yesterday but somethings I have to use the keyboard for. Plus you can edit them in Notepad so that is my next job. Files for Profiles are now called BINDS and are inside the game folders. Originally posted by Harpic1950:I have sorted this myself.
